  • Maintain a 24 hour, seven days/week emergency service
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to the Board
  • Assist the Board in the resolution of unit owner disputes
  • Guide the Board of Directors in the promulgation of rules and regulations
  • Rules and regulations enforcement
  • Preparation of annual and budget meeting notices and required forms
  • Preparation of monthly management report
